Walk down the Royal Mile
Experience the 500 year old royal mile’s picturesque architecture, have a
wander in the 12th century St Giles cathedral and walk between cute little
shops up to the Castle.

Greyfriars Kirkyard
Visit one of the oldest and most historic graveyards in Edinburgh. Here you’ll find out the Covenanters, visit the medieval wall around the city, visit the grave of Greyfriars Bobby (the city’s most famous dog), and maybe find Tom Riddle’s Grave.

Grassmarket
The Grassmarket has been transformed from a medieval marketplace into a modern city square. Full of cafes and pubs, it’s the perfect place to stop for lunch or a wee dram of whisky if you wish.

Princes Street
Walk between the Old and New Town of Edinburgh, discover the dark past behind Princes Street Gardens, and marvel at the famous Scott Monument.

St Giles Cathedral
The Cathedral which isn’t a Cathedral, St Giles is now the religious centre of Scotland. Your guide will bring to life this 12th Century church, and you’ll even discover some angels playing bagpipes.

Optional Add-on (£25 per person): Explore Edinburgh Castle
Edinburgh’s Castle is the oldest continuously inhabited site in all of Scotland, and the most attacked placed in the UK. Learn about the real-life Red Wedding, see one of the largest cannons in Europe, and discover how Scotland stole the Stone of Destiny back from the English. Your guide can leave you here if you want to explore more or take you to a recommended restaurant or back to your hotel.
