Our private tours are always led by guides with their own flair, from comedians to zookeepers, historians to cab drivers. They will help you make amazing memories on your vacation in England and Scotland.
Charley
London Guide Manager
Charley’s first job out of University was guiding on the open-top buses. After 6 years working for all of the major tour companies including EF and the BBC, she set up Totally Tailored in 2016 with one simple thought, ‘this can be done better’.
From introducing her guests to a family-run farm in the Scottish highlands to hosting private cheese and charcuterie tasting, Charley takes pride in showcasing her country at its absolute best.
In a past life Charley was a stand-up comedian and storytelling host.

Jasmin
Edinburgh Guide Manager
Part of the Totally Tailored team for 6 years and counting and after a breadth of experience in London, Jasmin is now working with our Edinburgh Team to design and manage our iconic tours in the Scottish capital.
Originally hailing from Ireland, Jasmin believes the best guides are knowledgeable, passionate, and most importantly have a great sense of humour.
When she’s not out on tour Jasmin can be found hiking, painting, or performing with her theatre company Moon Rabbit Theatre.
Genevieve
Guest Experience Manager
Part of the Totally Tailored office team, Genevieve loves to make sure each and every guest has a wonderful experience at every stage of the process. Specialising in communication Genevieve is your friendly contact and can be found over email or on a scheduled video call.
Genevieve has lived in London for many years and has had spells at working in many high end London institutions, such as Fortnum & Mason’s and Harrods. A trained voice-over artist, she can either be found reciting books or out in the park with her dog Aggy.
