Charley
Founder of Totally Tailored
Charley’s first job out of University was guiding on the open-top buses. After 6 years working for all of the major tour companies including EF and the BBC, she set up Totally Tailored in 2016 with one simple thought, ‘this can be done better’.
From introducing her guests to a family-run farm in the Scottish highlands to hosting private cheese and charcuterie tasting, Charley takes pride in showcasing her country at its absolute best.
In a past life Charley was a stand-up comedian and storytelling host.

Gabi
Guest Experience Manager
Gabi is the US voice of our company, dealing with you from a US time zone (she’s based out of Arizona) and planning tours stateside. Her keen eye for detail makes her passionate for getting you all prepped before you have even got to Europe.
Gabi knows her musicals and has seen Hamilton 6 times, in NYC, London and Tucson.
