Your experienced guide won’t let history go over your head (or under your feet). We’ll give you an insider’s view of Westminster Abbey, the famous site where the kings and queens of England have been crowned, married, and buried for nearly 1,000 years.

Please Note:

Westminster Abbey is a royal church which means it can be closed at short notice by the King. In this rare instanence, we will work with you to reschedule or supplement the attraction in a way that suits you.

Yes, all our tours are private and can be customized to our guests’ interests.

We do not include transport add-ons on this tour as it stays in one area. However if there are mobility issues we are happy to create a tour for you including a vehicle. Email requests@totallytailored.com.

The Abbey is a working church, so it can be closed for major events (funerals/memorial services) at very short notice. Around Christmas, there can be a lot of closures that are not announced until a couple of months in advance. As soon as we hear of any closures, we will let you know.

Our tours are designed for groups of 1-14 people. However, we can certainly cater to larger groups. For groups of over 14 guests, please email us at requests@totallytailored.com and we’ll help you craft your ideal trip.

Should you have to cancel your tour for any reason we will happily refund 70 percent of the total price paid up to one week before your tour. 30 percent of the price paid is non-refundable due to our processing and ticket costs.

Tips for your guide are never expected, but they do show you think your guide did a brilliant job! If you would like to tip your guide, please do so directly during the tour (10 – 15% is customary).
