Borough Market cannot be toured by vehicle, though it is accessible to wheelchair visitors.

We are happy to arrange a private vehicle to transport guests from their hotel to the market and back, and wait for them during their tour. Please email requests@totallytailored.com to request this option.

Absolutely, we find this works well for work events and can host up to 40 people. Please email us at requests@totallytailored.com.

Should you have to cancel your tour for any reason we will happily refund 70 percent of the total price paid up to one week before your tour. 30 percent of the price paid is non-refundable due to our processing and ticket costs.

Tips for your guide are never expected, but they do show you think your guide did a brilliant job! If you would like to tip your guide, please do so directly during the tour (10 – 15% is customary).
