See the Seat of Power at Churchill War Rooms
Your specialist guide will lead you through the underground bunker that was Churchill’s command centre during World War Two. See the famous map room (as featured in Darkest Hour), and learn the stories of what was said over the red telephone line to the White House.

Westminster at War
Enjoy exterior views of the landmarks of Westminster like the Houses of Parliament, Westminster Abbey, and 10 Downing Street. Hear from your guide how ancient traditions adapted to the needs of wartime, including the habits of the Royal Family, as seen in the King’s Speech.

Wartime London: Bombed but Unbowed
Travel to St. Paul’s Cathedral, seeing the impact of the Blitz on London’s architecture. As you go, you’ll hear about the adventures that happened in the Blackout and see the marks of war that still survive in modern London. Trace the bomb damage on the side of the Royal Air Force church which has been preserved as a memorial.

St. Paul’s, a Symbol of Resistance
Enjoy a private interior tour of St. Paul’s with your guide, including a visit to the famous Whispering Gallery. Hear the story of its miraculous escape from a direct bomb strike and how it became an icon of Britain’s fighting spirit.

Yes, all our tours are private and can be customized to our guests’ interests.

We will normally spend an hour to an hour and a half in each interior, however this can be shortened or extended depending on your interests,.

This tour is designed for groups of up to 14 guests. If you’d like to take the tour with a larger group, please email and we will do our very best to accommodate you.

Tips for your guide are never expected, but they do show you think your guide did a brilliant job! If you would like to tip your guide, please do so directly during the tour (10 – 15% is customary).
